WHAT IS PERAGRAPH

  What is A paragraph? 

A paragraph ' consists of related sentences which develop a single idea or theme.The first sentences present the main theme while the last sentence concluded the argument. UNITY and are essential in a paragraph. 
Paragraph are usually short in length.The number of words should not be less then 100and should not exceed 150 word's. As good poose is often simple , we should try to make short and simple sentences. 😀
Some people Confused the essay and the paragraph. However,an essay may consist of Many paragraphs, and each paragraph presents a single point or ideas. When are asked to write a paragraph on som topics ,we have selecte only one point and develop it. If we asked to a paragraph on 'pollution ' ,we can discuss only the couses of pollution.  The havoc caused by pollution should be the subject of another paragraph. 
IN the first sentence of the paragraph  we should introduce the idea. The following sentences may present details or arguments. The last sentence should be a proper conclusion rather than a abrupt end .The first and the last sentence are the most important sentences in a paragraph. The style of writing a paragraph should be clear, lucid and simple. 

Type of pergraphs 

Paragraph  may be descriptive,,narrative, reflective, expository, or argumentative, we can also be asked to write a pergraph on a prover. 

Descriptive     

In a descriptive paragraph, we have to write what we know about the subject. 

Narrative 

In a Narrative paragraph, we have to recount some incidents or events, perhaps from our experience. 

Reflective 

In a Reflective paragraph we try to establish some ideas and give our views on some ideas or problems. 

Expository 

An Expository paragraph explains facts about some subject. 

Argumentative 

An Argumentative paragraph contains arguments about some controversy; such as ' Democracy versus Dictatorships 'and 'Religion and politics. 

Proverbs 

When we are writing a paragraph on a proverbs, we should try to explain it with the help of some suitable example. 

Paragraph writing 

A paragraph is a cluster of sentences which tries to convey an idea or thoughts . The length of paragraph depends on the idea. Some times, examples may be given to develop the idea. A paragraph is a unique piece of composition with deals with the single subject.

In longer piece of writing such as reports and proposals, paragraph help to develop the core idea of the documents will stop infact writing any technical composition involves writing paragraph.
